1. Check if the laser will hit the second and third reflectors, if not, please adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws behind the upper reflector.

2. Test hitting the laser point: Paste at least two layers of double-sided tape at the light entrance of the laser lens barrel of the laser cutting machine, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the workbench, and press the “Test” button on the control panel to hit the laser point. Middle laser spot. Move the laser head to the upper left corner, and hit a laser point to see if it is in the same position as the point in the upper right corner. If not at the same position, please adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws of the lower reflector so that the midpoint and the upper right corner are at the same position.

Move the laser head to the lower left corner, observe whether the point is the same as the upper right corner, and then adjust the reflector. Adjust the optical path of the laser cutting machine repeatedly as described, and the three laser points are aligned to the same position.

3. Check whether the focus is in the center: place a mirror vertically under the focusing mirror and observe the laser focus position. If it is not in the center position, adjust the focus position to ensure that the focus is in the center position.
