After back survey, we learned that the customer is a well-known local manufacturer of cardiovascular medical devices in India, with more than 10 years of experience in coronary stent research and development and production. We provide stents and technical solutions for many well-known medical companies in the industry. Combined with the specific cutting demand information provided by email, we also have corresponding solutions for the customer’s requirements.
The initial communication with the customer to talk to more than 12 o ‘clock in the evening, the customer feedback their needs of processing materials, processing size and detailed processing requirements, business personnel extremely understand the product and customer needs to give the stent cutting solution, the day’s communication is very happy, basically determined their needs of the laser bracket cutting machine model.
