1. Precautions for optical system maintenance:

The surface of the protective mirror and focusing mirror of the ultra-fast femtosecond laser cutting machine cannot be touched directly by hand. If there is oil or dust on the surface, it will affect the use effect of the mirror surface, and it should be cleaned in time. Different lenses have different cleaning methods. The reflector is to use a spray gun to blow off the dust on the surface of the lens; use alcohol or lens paper to clean the surface of the lens. For the focusing mirror, blow off the dust on the mirror surface with a spray gun; then remove the dirt with a clean cotton swab; use a new cotton swab dipped in high-purity alcohol or acetone to move in a circle from the center of the lens to scrub the lens until it is clean.

2. Precautions for maintenance of the transmission system:

Laser cutting relies on the linear motor guide rail to move back and forth according to the prescribed path to meet the cutting requirements. After the guide rail has been used for a period of time, smoke and dust will be generated, which will corrode the guide rail. Therefore, the guide rail organ cover should be removed regularly for cleaning and maintenance. Frequency Twice a year. First turn off the power of the ultra-fast femtosecond laser cutting machine, open the organ cover and wipe the guide rail with a clean soft cloth. After cleaning, apply a thin layer of white solid guide rail lubricating oil on the guide rail, and then let the slider pull back and forth on the guide rail. Make sure that the lubricating oil enters the inside of the slider, and remember not to touch the guide rail directly with your hands.
3. Precautions for maintenance of the circuit system:
The electrical part of the ultra-fast femtosecond laser cutting machine chassis should be kept clean, regular power-off inspections, vacuuming with an air compressor, to prevent excessive dust from generating static electricity, interfering with machine signal transmission, and ensuring that the machine operates at a specified ambient temperature. The whole equipment is composed of high-precision components. During the daily maintenance process, it must be carried out according to the requirements, and it must be maintained by a special person to avoid damage to the components.

The environment of the workshop should be kept dry and ventilated, and the ambient temperature should be 25°C±2°C. In summer, the equipment should be protected from moisture, and the equipment should be protected from freezing. The equipment should also be kept away from electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from being subjected to electromagnetic interference for a long time. Stay away from sudden large power interference from large power and strong vibration equipment, which may cause a certain part of the device to fail.

4. Precautions for maintenance of cooling system:

The cold water system is mainly used to cool the laser. To achieve the cooling effect, the circulating water of the chiller must be distilled water. If there is a problem with the water quality, it may cause blockage of the water system, affect the cutting effect, or burn out the optical components in serious cases. Regular maintenance of equipment is the basis for ensuring the normal operation of equipment.

If the chiller is clear, you need to use cleaning agent or high-quality soap to remove the surface dirt. Do not use benzene, acid, abrasive powder, steel brush, hot water, etc. to clean; check whether the condenser is blocked by dirt, please use compressed air or Remove the dust on the condenser with a brush; replace the circulating water (distilled water), and clean the water tank and metal filter.

5. Precautions for maintenance of dust removal system:
After the ultra-fast femtosecond laser cutting machine exhaust system fan works for a period of time, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and exhaust pipe, which will affect the exhaust efficiency of the fan and cause a large amount of smoke and dust to be unable to be discharged. Clean it at least once a month if necessary, loosen the hose clamp connecting the exhaust pipe and fan, remove the exhaust pipe, and clean out the dust in the exhaust pipe and fan.

Each component has different functions, but it is an indispensable part of the ultra-fast femtosecond laser cutting machine, so the maintenance of each part is very important. If there is any problem that cannot be solved, it will be reported to the manufacturer in time to ensure the normal operation of the laser equipment.
